NPR: Staying Off The Enemies List

A radio service which belongs to the government fights to stay off of the Obama's enemies list.

The graphic on the front page is from Hot Air. Designed by one of their readers they’re using it to help identify those news outlets that have earned the official White House News seal of approval … and its my guess NPR has just retained that designation. Courtesy of Hot Air picks …

Apparently NPR reporter Ken Rudin described Obama’s war on Fox News as Nixonian. Hardly news making, considering Lemar Alexander, Karl Rove and Mike Huckabee already beat him to the punch. But I digress. This, remember, is NPR … and it is the official government funded station of … well … the government soooooooooooooo, Rudman was forced to apologize!

Wow,even the more liberal NPR is afraid of being on President Obama's enemies list!

I’m surprised anyone at NPR would even notice the President’s behavior as anything but just as rosy as could be through their rose tinted glasses with their noses right up his butt.

Keep on trucklin', Rudin.

Here's a simple analogy. Hollywood porn then and now compared to Washington "porn" then and now.

Nixon v. Obama.

Richard Nixon's shenanigans were existential threats to our Republic? What he was accused of would shock today's America? Even in light of the antics of the 1990s and beyond.. really?

I got a movie to sell you, "The French Line".

1953 Headline:

Disgusting! Can the producer, not the movie!
End of Our Morals. Vulgar Costume, Vulgar Bath Scene, Dance!
"Jane Russell is almost nude, one-piece costume reveals skin below her waist."

Los Angeles, 1953. "Jane Russell in 3D, it'll knock [bleep] your eyes out" says the promotion. It's the end of Hollywood morals say some. "Ban it!" . . . .

. . .

2009 Headline:

Hollywood: "Don't insult us. We're not 'The French Line'"
1953 Movie Was Way Overboard, "Glad It Was Banned"
"'Liberals for Morality' denounce immoral 1953 movie at "Let's F*** Til We Drop" premier

It seems NPR’s Ken Rudin does a lot of apologizing...

During the 2008 presidential primary campaign, Rudin attracted criticism for comparing Senator Hillary Clinton with Glenn Close’s character Alex Forrest in the movie Fatal Attraction during an appearance on CNN’s Sunday Morning. Of Senator Clinton, he said, like Ms Close, “she’s going to keep coming back, and they’re not going to stop her.” In response to this Rudin was featured in the Worst Persons In The World segment on MSNBC’s Countdown with Keith Olbermann. Mr. Rudin later apologized.

The less he apologizes, the more he stands on principle, the better his career and past actions will look in 5 years. Think ahead, man!

National People’s Radio. I don’t listen to them but I listened to them one time recently and all I can think of is East Coast elitism.

Good point. Most people think that JFK was the living dream nowadays. Jimmy Carter is still around to remind everyone that he is a communist sympathizer, so at least almost half the country still doesn’t trust him. Bill Clinton...well we just can’t get enough of him still.

LOL at NPR listeners for forcing the re-education of Ken Rudman and his recantation of his counterrevolutionary heresy. Chairman Mao, uh, Chairman Obama is gratified and issues a conditional pardon, graciously sparing Rudman's family.

To the listeners of NPR:

"You can't handle the truth!!!"
