Good Lord, that document almost reads as though the fed recognizes states rights. Thanks for the post. What with the Zero squad wee weeing on the Constitution, I still can't say that I'm comfortable with this document as a limiting factor. Who knows what the Zed will decree tomorrow.
Still the same, it does seem to reduce some pressure from today's decree.
