"The doctor couldn’t believe it and asked if he could have one of the onions and place it under the microscope. She gave him one and when he did this, he did find the flu virus in the onion. It obviously absorbed the bacteria, therefore, keeping the family healthy."

Recently there was an e-mail going around that said DO NOT USE LEFT OVER CUT ONIONS. It said they get bacteria right away. All I know is I haven't got sick yet from using cut onion that I have put in my refrig and it has been there for days.

try eating it after leaving it outside the fridge for a few days instead. :)
