My father ate bacon,eggs,hashbrowns all his life and he lived to be 95. I guess it finally got him. :-)
Same with my grandfather.
The man ate fried “strick-o-lean” with every meal along with buttered biscuits and gravy.
Died of heart disease at 90.
His wife died of a heart attack a year later at age 92.
She ate the same foods.
