Why national emergency?
1) force people to get swine flu shots (very possibly a strong $$ motive)
2) method of control with swine flu used as a ploy (& real motive undisclosed)
3) *** WHEN is this going to be lifted? under what criteria?
I heard it is so they can start using an IV (can't remember what it is called) that has not yet had FDA approval. There was news report of a man who was on death bed and they got approval to use it for a trial run. It worked.
I don't know if Obama would have to declare an emergeny to be able to get this out for useage in all cases though. Seems to me he could just tell the FDA to approve it.
