Just proves there are fools all over Washington, I have told them repeatedly when they called looking for money, and now I refuse to answer the phone when they call......they can ignore us at their own peril.
Why would Newt jump ship? Why do people assume he is conservative, because he said so 15 years ago? The broken promises of 94 have killed his party, and his global warming and pragmatic schtick scream of country club bluebloods. Unfortunately, Georgians have done a pretty poor job of sending Conservatives to DC with the senators. Maybe they are worried Atlanta will outvote them, but it is pitiful.
And where Im from (Tx) were doing just as bad with Kay “Ill vote woman anything before Ill vote conservative and I wanna be guvner” Bailey Hutchinson and Big Jon “establishment” Cornyn.
Why do the lib states get lib senators, but our conservative states like SC, Ga, Tx, Ut, Mt, Az...get these pansies?

Thats like when Sarah Palin “tweeted” for thousands upon thousands of followers to tune into the Glen Beck show for some shows on his czars (including about Van Jones), I think Beck suddenly soared in viewership and topped over two million viewers that subsequent day, adding on hundreds of thousands of additional viewers with the flick of a switch. If Sarah Palin can get to New York within the next 8 days and appear with Doug, it will be an absolute freaking barn burner. Eagles up.
Yeah, Sarah is the only one who creates passion in the voters and opens their tight wallets.........no one can deny that.
Newt cares about Newt and his own success. He’d run for president in a third party if he thought he could win. The man sold us out for a sexual fling. I don’t trust him.
What we’ve got here is a good old fashioned brouhaha.

Palin will have to transform the Republican party, a party with 60 million voters who pulled the lever for it during the last presidential election, if she has any chance of advancing the conservative cause.
It's a lot easier to kick out a few RINOS than it is easier to migrate 60 million voters.
Newt is like the other Republican elites. He’s an opportunist who only listens to consultants, not the people.
A lot of us “little republicans” have been supporting Hoffman already. In the seven days before Palin’s endorsement, Hoffman raised $210,000 from his web site alone. The word has been spreading on forums like FreeRepublic as well as conservative blogs everywhere.

But Sarah Palin’s endorsement did help a lot. I think I saw $116,000 for Friday fundraising. I’m not sure if that includes anything from SarahPAC or if that is just individual donors on Friday.

I almost wish we had a Parliamentary style government with coalition governments and national elections whenever support falls too much for the Prime Minister.
With our system it seems that two dominant parties is the stable situation.
Right now it seems we almost need two new parties that represent what is happening. It seems the left is becoming more extremely left to the point of being Marxists. And the right is only trying to maintain some conservative principles on national defense.
The left has managed over a course of 3 decades to move the Democrat Party to a socialist party. The Republican Party has aligned itself with big business and socialism lite with their only saving grace being stronger on defense.
There are people who identify as Democrats that would never vote Republican or Conservative but would vote for a party with a broader appeal for limited government and adherence to the Constitution and control of the borders.
I doubt we have time to morph the existing Republican elite. A National Conservative party will split the opposition to the socialists and guarantee their victory.
Not sure what the answer is to this situation.
I am suggesting a new party that will fill the void. And eventually replace the moribund Republican party.
What I take from this:
1. Gov. Palin leads the way.
2. Newt is putting the finishing touches on his Political suicide.
3. The Conservatives in the GOP are starting to show some azz!

We (Conservatives) have the REAL power. Without us the establishment Republicans (RINOs)are powerless. What can they win without us? NOTHING! Take back your party or start a new one. The status quo is no longer an option.

Exactly...it’s the conservative side sending a shot to the party apparatus that’s telling them “We ain’t gonna take it!”
There’s really nothing to lose on this particular election. If the dem wins, the dem will side with the dems. If the Republican wins, she’s gonna side with the dems. If Hoffman wins, we get another conservative vote in congress, and no matter what, the battle lines become clearer with a message is sent to the country club GOP that selected a candidate like this.

Mike Pence: Talks a good game, but I am always nervous about someone who looks like they just stepped out of the hair salon. Not one hair out of place or a mm too long.
