The bail bondsman should be charged as well. According to the story, the perps turned the victim over to him, and he then continued to imprison her, holding her against her will, and taking her to the jail.
Since he had to know what the woman looked like, and her identification, he is also guilty of kidnapping.
A while back I was able to significantly contribute to the jailing of a process server/bounty hunter. I consider it a contribution to society.
