As we know, ACORN has claimed that conservative journalists Hannah Giles and James O'Keefe were turned away from the Philadephia office and that a police report was filed to that effect. Has anyone tried filing a Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request with the Philadephia police to determine when, if at all, ACORN filed that police report?
I'm thinking it might be illuminating.
