Just a warmup to when Obamacare is passed - since it is NOT HIS bill, the Congress is going to take all the criticisim during the 2010 election year after the tax has started to be collected. Obumer could care less if the Dems get thrown out of Congress - he knows that without a Veto Proof Congress the GOP can do nothing to reverse the policies he has passed between Jan 20, 2008 and Jan 1, 2011.
