They haven't managed their respective careers well. Older actresses who can still find work generally started out on the stage. Moore and Stone (checked Imdb.com for this) started out in TV.

I've seen celebrities in their 20's who are using botox. I find Kidman's gigantic fish-lips scary. The frozen botox mask faces are scary. I guess their new looks reflect the inner person - dead ghouls with frozen faces.
