No it isn’t. Fact is society should be sentencing women to the exact same type of sentences but too many men ( and you can see it here at FR) say if the woman was hot then how wonderful for the horny teen aged boy. This has got to stop.

This sends society a clear message:

Men are held to a higher standard than women.

Funny how the NOW hags don’t holler when men are judged more harshly than women, huh?

If this trend continues, in a few years, men teachers will get the death penalty and the women teachers will get paid.

I know a HS coach who married one of his students. They have a long-term marriage and three boys.

In these cases I suppose the age of consent plays a more serious part than the teacher-student relationship taboo. In Alabama the age of consent is 16. If a teacher makes a move on a 17 year old student I guess he is in a lot less trouble than if he is moving in on a 15 year old.

Women can’t rape a boy. So they deserve no prison time. However, if this was consensual and the girl was a nympho, then life in prison, or even 5 years, is absurd. Flame me all you want, but we moved our kids from a middle school because of how many 11-year old girls looked like street whores. And invariably they had permissive mothers rliving their youth through their slutty daughters. Sick culture in America these days.

Agreed. When will the men quit cheering the teen aged boys who end up being abused by these women?

The cheering and atta boys are endless. Easy enough to get equal justice -— quit telling boys what a great thing it is to have nailed a hot older woman. Quit telling boys that scoring is more important than loving.

Classy aren’t you. “Women can’t rape a boy”? where the hell did that come from? Moreover you are so busy blaming the victim and suggesting that prepubescent little girls are attractive -——you must live in degenerate city

I thought it came from the blond teacher in Florida who was actually convicted. Her laywer used the argument that she was too pretty to go to jail and it worked.

I could not agree more. I posted about this kind of thing YEARS ago here, a number of times nearly EVERY other man on the post DEFENDED the women, saying things like “she just helped him to grow up” or”he wanted it” or “i’d hit it’ or even some said ..”if it was MY kid, i’d cheer him on”...

And as for ME, when I said things like”it IS rape, if a woman has sex with a 14YO boy, and she SHOULD go to PRISON or such..I got flamed, kicked and even THREATENED by some men here. So...I quit posting my “fanatical puritanical views”.. as some called them.

On the OTHER hand...most ALL of the WOMEN agreed with me, some saying ...”if it was MY kid and the law would not do anything..I WOULD”.

Are you saying that a 24 year old female teacher can rape a 15-year old boy? Tell me how. Men and women are different and should be treated differently.

Also I don't understand how I am "blaming the victim" by mentioning how many 11-year old ho-bags there were in my kids' former school we yanked them out of. These were fully-developed girls, not "prepubescent". One 12-year old girl wore a low cut shirt and had a tatoo, and her mother was called in, and the mother was mad at the school! My beef is with permissive parents. You really need to take time to read comments properly.

That will never happen. The 'society' you are talking about are liberals who write and implement these type of laws and then preside over such cases.

say if the woman was hot then how wonderful for the horny teen aged boy.

I have said similar things but they are light hearted comments !

Keith Lorraine Gillins, 61, pleaded guilty to two first-degree felonies—attempted rape and attempted sodomy—in Juab County for an incident that happened over Easter weekend of this year. The charges carry a maximum sentence of three years to life.

In Millard County, Gillins pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree felony attempted rape for a November 2008 incident, which also carries a penalty of three years to life.

He also pleaded guilty to two counts of forcible sex abuse—both second-degree felonies stemming from crimes committed in October and November of last year. Those two hold a 1 to 15 year maximum penalty.

Women can’t rape a boy.

Actually, they can. The body is built to respond a certain way. Doesn't mean the person willed their body to respond that way.

Three years to life, concurrent - probably not life then - faithful attendance at counselling sessions, some expressed remorse and insight, plans to volunteer at a nursing home or food bank and keep out of contact with children, good behavior in prison - five years.

If that. "Concurrent" is the operative word. The headline is media malpractice.
