New York State Police charged Kristen A. Brewster, 19, of 1875 Auburn Road, lot 3, and George R. Lavare Jr., 22, of 1875 Auburn Road, lot 11, with unlawful possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child.
Both were arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and sent to to jail in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.
The two are due in Town of Seneca Falls Court on Oct. 28.

But Obama will apologize and claim this really isn’t illegal because the usage was medicinal.

Well why not? It’s the logical conclusion for those who claim that pot is “harmless” and “medicinal”.

Its the logical conclusion for those who claim that pot is harmless and medicinal.

It absolutely is not a logical conclusion for anything like you suggest. It is 2 sociopaths in action.
Find any post, anywhere on FreeRepublic, or even DU, in which a writer states (or even implies) that it is harmless and medicinal for 2 year old children to have marijuana forced on them.

You know, my brother used to smoke a lot of pot in high school and college even though he was raised in a very conservative household. Now he's a Liberal/Commie. I wonder if there is a connection? Because everyone I know who toked a lot back in the day is now a registered Democrat. As one friend of mine said, "Anyone I know who smokes pot is stupid. And I don't mean they're stupid because they choose to smoke it. I mean that it literally makes them stupid."

That kind of amazing logic belongs on Democratic Underground or DailyKos. Do you believe that pot is harmless and medicinal?
To: ponygirl
Sorry, ponygirl, but there are plenty of Conservatives/Republicans who smoke pot. And I’m betting there’s more than a few Libertarians as well...

True, but usually you see it from freepers on the donutwatch threads, where they attempt to persuade us all that even though all governments throughout history have progressively encroached upon the liberties of their citizens, and even though the federal government was traveling well down that path with hyper empowered game wardens before drugs became a big issue, and even though the government has begun seizing private property through eminent domain to sell to high dollar developers...Some how we would be back to the founding father's vision if we just ended the war on drugs.
It does not matter one whit how much government excess you show apart from drug enforcement, nor how much you show pre dated the drug problem.
Their mantra remains the same and it is a legitimate and deserving target for ridicule.
Spot on, DouglasKC.
