Where are all the news stories on the Democrats using the “nuclear option”? I seem to recall round-the-clock coverage on this issue when the Republicans were contemplating it. Now that it is Democrats, it’s suddenly a non-story?

It will be too late, even if we do well in 2010. Let's suppose that Republicans make massive midterm gains and then repeal parts of Obamacare in 2011. Guess who will VETO any such legislation? Obama.
This health care monstrosity must be stopped this year. If you know anyone in NJ or VA, please ask them to vote Republican on November 3. If the GOP can win both statehouses, health care will be all but dead. This is why Clinton, Biden and Obama are all going into New Jersey this week. The stakes are that high.

a. The Rats will lose any and every election next year, so piss in the punch bowl while you can.

Of course if conservatives win BIG ENOUGH they may be able to overturn an Obummer veto. But they would have to win big, very very big and in every state and for the majority of open seats. It may tke a miracle but miracles do happen and I believe in them. It could happen given the mood of the majority of the country right now.

In response to Senator Gregg (R-NH) decrying that deficits over the coming decade will consume 80% of GDP and will of course result in reduced standards of living for all Americans, these economically ignorant people at CNN don’t even understand why this is factually true. They honestly believe that the source of money is a printing press and that government spending is an alternative mode of creating wealth! This is getting very dangerous for our nation.
