Walmart is merely listening to what consumers want... and is behaving accordingly.

It's a terrific place to shop for vitamins that I once purchased at GNC. Savings are significant... sometimes 50% to 60% cheaper.

Walmart also has amazing prices on first-rate firearms and ammunition.

My wife was having a prescription for a toenail infection filled at the local CVS and the Pharmacist was good enough to inform her that if she went to Walmrt she would pay just $4.00 rather then the $56.00 CVS charges.

The people who look down their noses at Walmart shoppers are of course free to throw their money away wherever they choose to if it makes them feel better, But why not lay off making the totally asinine character judgements on those of us who would rather keep our money (in instances like this) for other purposes whenever we can.
