So this is it then, this is Obama's excuse for not sending more troops and offending his precious anti-war base and the damned Nobel Committee. They're going to claim that the Afghan government is so rotten that they can't send more troops. Just what I would expect: claim you can't send troops without the right government, and then stall while that government never materializes (thanks to the absence of stabalizing U.S. troops). Despicable. They're going to lose this was on purpose.
