For your information, Blinkotv.com and TIKILive.com both use to offer free viewing of live Fox News, and CNN, 24/7. Now its just CNN. Let them know that this is NOT fair and balanced!!
I enjoyed the TIKI chat room during Beck’s shows - always lively and nice people with a few trolls. Kinda like FR! :-)
It’s not tiki or Blinkos decision. The Network lawyers sent them a cease and desist letter. You want to voice your disapproval, send a letter to News Corp. If they won’t let anyone else stream FNC and/or FBN, implore them to set up thier own streaming service. As long as it wasn’t too much, I’d pay something to see FNC obn my PC on a daily/weekly/ monthly basis. I haven’t watched it online much, usually only during power outages when i’m down to using battery power to run my router, modem and Laptop....But being able to watch their live feed online was a value during those rare times. I certainly would not expect it to be more than a $5 monthly charge for office watchers, and in my cas, i’d like to see a daily rate, say... of a dollar.
But however it goes down, there is a market for online real time streaming of a national news network. Obviously I like many, want that station to be FNC at least.
Interesting the “home page” on Blinko has a TV tuned to Fox.
Dang! Like you I only watch on my PC. I did notice that the ‘Discover’ link opens CNN, but no Fox. :(
Probably more the local affiliates pissing & moaning about lost ad exposure/revenue than Fox Corporate.
Thanks for the heads up.
” CNN is still on at Blinko as Discovery HD. “
Thanks — I missed that one... (Not that I’d voluntarily watch CNN if there were anything else - say, the ‘All Infomercials Channel’ - available... ;))
” Kinda like FR! :-) “
There’s a daily ‘Glen Beck Live Thread’ on FR during his show in the afternoon/evening...
Here’s the link to sign up for the Ping List for that thread.....

HTH
Bump
I wish there was a way to get the free feed legally. I would pay for the free feed (is that a conundrum?)
I don’t get cable, and the one thing I would like is fox. I would pay for just computer access, I be willing to do that. I wish fox would do it on their site. As far as I am concerned, these companies missing the ball on this.
Look at how Rush makes all that extra cash on his site. There are always people that just want to listen on computer.
Let them know that this is NOT fair and balanced!!
May not be but who/why is the reason it isn’t offered any longer?.... Are you jumping to conclusions that they dropped Fox or could it be Fox asked them to stop?... Do you know which?

I can stream my TV to my phone and my laptop using my HAVA device hooked up to my wireless network at home.
I used mobiTV on my phone (monthly fee) but the quality sucked and the volume left much to be desired. I canceled mobi & found a mobile HAVA app for my phone (Nokia). Because I can control my satellite box from my phone or laptop I am not limited to certain channels. I can also catch up on what I have on DVR.
Lost revenue for mobi, saved money for me. Wonder how long it will be before these companies scream that it is illegal to stream more than so many feet away from home?

I am sure there are other manufacturers. I know Sony had one.
Worth a look if you like the idea of taking your own cable or satellite with you. I usually have FOX on when I am grocery shopping.
What are blinko and tiki??
Never heard of them...
They have been weaving the overthrow of America for many decades, metastasizing into every aspect of education, managing to remove meaningful education from our schools, lowering the nation's IQ 3 points in 50+ years, and making increasing numbers of our citizens dependent on government.
They have amassed longterm plans for every contingency whereas some Americans only now waking up to the problem.
They have called us crazy for all those years, typical of govts to rid themselves of troublesome intellectuals as obstacles to their treasonous reprehensible greed.
When we get mad enough to make enough noise, expect martial law. It's what they want.
Then what?
They probably couldn’t handle so many viewers trying to watch FoxNews.
"Rocky" does a GREAT job with her daily thread - always great!!! Although I tend to prefer the dynamics of the instant IM of the TIKI chat, I'll be returning to Rocky and her friends! Prodigal son....so to speak.
The killing commences.
They? Who is they?
If you had more money than God and hated the US, what would you do?
Then What?...
Well that is the part that nobody wants to think about. It sucks but if they don’t change course our country will have no exit from this tyranny except some level of civil or other flavor of war. Throughout history unfortunately it always ends that way.
I for one want nothing to do with that level of violence however I will do whatever is necessary to protect my family, my country and our future. The other disturbing variable we must contend is the continuing weakining of our borders and pre-emptive capability - this is so unbelievably reckless by Obama that he is just inviting a foreign power(s) to test our resolve. That is why our right to bear arms can never be impeded a foreign occupation knows what they would be up against.
We can only hope that the majority of the miliary will not stand with the tyrants and we can never allow Obama to build his civilian military force. Ultimately if this boils over into violence here it will most certainly come from the ACORN side of the equation.
The one saving grace which may divert this whole train wreck is the truth - if the truth shines brightly enough (we need another 1000 Glenn Becks on the airwaves) the liberael momentum will slow and be exposed for what it truly is and if enough of the currently “enslaved” see the light they will reject what is happening to them and quite frankly will be the angriest of any group.
2010 is the first opportunity we will have peacefully to start to change the course we are on and then again in 2012 and we better hold whomever is elected accountable and demand they use the nuclear vote option (budget loop hole) if necessary to over-turn so much of the government legislation from the last 8-12 years. We have gone so far off course.
Part of me is still very hopeful considering history it usually requires great pain and sacrfice to achieve something positive and good and long-lasting. Maybe all of our efforts today and tomorrow will allow our grandchildren to live truly free.
