The reason this bum does not put the United States first is that he was born a dual-citizen of both the U.S. and Britain (not a natural-born U.S. Citizen) due to the lack of U.S. citizenship of his father, Barack Obama Sr.
He does not owe his full allegiance to the United States, as our founding fathers deemed critical for a Commander in Chief. Hence the special clause in the Constitution for leaders to ONLY be natural-born with two citizen-parents at the time of his birth.
