Please help bring to light what is in this treaty!

Obama got the Nobel Peace prize for doing nothing. An international award... think about it. His statement said he considered it a "Call to Action" for global issues.

Is handing off our sovereignty to the world what he meant? It will be US who is funding all these payments to 3rd world countries. Wealth redistribution on a GLOBAL scale. And WE ... US ... The American People are not going to have a SAY in the matter?

This has to be stopped dead in its tracks.

President obama cannot sign any treaty without that treaty FIRST being approved by Congress.

His signing it doesn’t mean jack sh*t.

TITLE WOULD BE BETTER:

Copenhagen Climate change treaty - [GIVES UP US Sovereignty!]

Of course it does.

As big a noise as possible should be made.

However, they will relentlessly pass one such sham thing after another until the evil treasonous deed is done.

And, they will continue the economic and military and even terrorist and war destructions of our beloved Republic as soon as they feel like scheduling the rest of all that in their plans.

“treaty - gives up US Sovereignty?”

as a rule, treaties do that.

The Treaty sets up a governing body called the "Conference of the Parties to the Convention(COP)"(page 12).

(Page 127):Fulfil the implementation of the commitments contained in Articles 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.8 and 4.9 in the context of Article 4.7 of the Convention and be underpinned by the principles of equity and common but differentiated responsibilities. Developed country Parties shall provide financial resources and transfer technology to developing country Parties to make full and effective repayment of climate debt, including adaptation debt, taking responsibility for their historical cumulative emissions and current high per capita emissions.

(Page 127 )The financial mechanism shall operate and function under the authority, governance and guidance of, and be fully accountable to, the COP, which shall decide on its policies, programme priorities and eligibility criteria, and allocation of resources for adaptation, mitigation, technology and capacity-building and any other function that may be determined by the COP;

This treaty effectively sets up a global governing body, with the power to demand massive transfers of wealth from the "developed" world (US and Europe) to the rest of the world (the pockets of dictators)

Obama got the Nobel Peace prize for doing nothing.

It would seem he got the Nobel Peace Prize in return for promising to sign the Copenhagen Climate change treaty.

” and you can’t resign from that treaty unless you get agreement from all the other state parties – “

Not true. The president and congress can unsign any treaty, and there’s not a thing “other state parties” can do about it.

Two, the courts have consistently ruled that treaties cannot trump individual rights outlined in the constitution.

The question, of course, is whether these entities - congress, the president and courts - will do their duty and unravel and nullify everything this traitor president has done.

Tyranny has been coming at us for nearly century, starting with Woodrow KKK Wilson and the theft of our money with the 16th amendment and robbing the states of their senatorial representation with the 17th amendment.

It continued with our grandfathers voting in the tyrant FDR for four terms.

Then our “greatest generation” gave us LBJ, a rubber stamp socialist congress and the “Great Society.”

Now it culminates with the American voter giving us a traitorous communist president, although I believe the voter fraud was widespread.

Each succeeding generation did nothing to stop the tyranny, so it falls to us to take back our country.

We’re starting organize, which is good. From this organization we’ve found our voice and we’ll next pick our grassroots leaders in every community and plan actions to push back.

Sooner or later, a totalitarian regime must place jackboots on the ground to enforce its dictates. Fortunately for us, the American leftist is fat, stupid, lazy and a coward. Three times obuma has called out his “army” to act in his name. Recall last winter when obuma called for his “army” to gather, go door-to-door and demand that people sign fealty oaths to obuma. Nobody showed up. So the weasels are left with teaching stupid Maoist songs to 2nd grade students.

American leftists will not slip on a pack, grab a rifle and die on a hilltop for the glory of king obuma. When you create an “army” dependent on the government for its food, shelter, beer and big screen TVs, it will be, by its nature, stupid, lazy and fat. That’s to our advantage.

So let the dance begin. It’s going to be a long one.

Page 11: [The shared vision shall also be guided by the precautionary principle, that are enshrined in the Convention to guide the international community in addressing climate change and take into account social and economic conditions and other relevant factors.

The precautionary principle: "when an activity raises threats of harm to human health or the environment, precautionary measures should be taken even if some cause and effect relationships are not fully established scientifically"

In other words (see link), by making a sufficiently alarming scenario for Global Warming, no proof is needed. Just the vague POSSIBILITY that it might be true is sufficient to mandate action. The burden of proof is on "global warming deniers" to prove that no harm will come from CO2 emissions.

This is the speech from Lord Monkton, wherein in the last 5 minutes he addresses this treaty and what it will do to the US. People, it is time to do more than complain on the internet. Hit the streets!
