"You might be right but is it the role of schools to teach morality?"

A child's upbringing is the exclusive responsibility of the parents. Certainly they can't be with the kids 24 hours a day, and arguably, *professional teachers* are more capable at teaching certain skills or areas. It used to be done under a concept of en loco parentis. This worked when the schools understood they were mere place holders for the parents, and parents held them accountable for the manner in which they discharged their duties in that capacity.

"Who gets to decide morality?"

Who decided yours?

My Parents. grandparents. and church shaped my concepts of morality

A public school should not have the role of teaching morality.
Do you want the gov’t teaching your child morality?

Odumbo’s idea of morality is not mine.

Where did you learn your sense of morality?
