According to most conservatives in South Carolina, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has officially gone over to the dark side. Under the guise of 'bipartisanship,' Graham has signed on to one of the left's most ambitious plans to impose a socialist agenda in America - government control of the formerly free market through implementation of cap-and trade, the 1,400 plus page Waxman-Markey bill approved earlier this year by the House.
The main (scientifically unproven) premise of cap and trade is that the earth is melting and government must step in to save the world. Of course, it will be expensive, but hey, this is Mother Earth we're talking about. And its urgent and essential that the government immediately establish a $700 billion "market" for business to buy and sell "steadily declining number of permits for creating carbon emissions."

The conservatism of Lindsey Graham= The Myth of Sissy Puss
The elctorate in SC are smart folks. Wussy Graham needs to mark November 2014 on his calendar to file for unemployment.
seduction = just rattle the skeleton in his closet
He hasn’t gone over, he’s just ‘come out.’
Conservatism was just a shtick for him, and others. Boob bait for Conservative.
Too bad dueling has been outlawed.......by politicians.
This creep was just re-elected last go around.
He should have been stoned.
And the SC dumbasses are going to evict him from the party when?
They just re-elected him last year, so they seem to be stuck with him for a while. Unless he pulls a “Larry Craig” or something equally stupid, which is not outside the realm of possibilities.
You were not “seduced” if you were lying on your back with your legs apart, smiling.
Gee x, even a South Carolina dumbass like me knows South Carolina has no recall nor eviction provisions.
Let me simplify my statement for you:
“One would wonder exactly why South Carolina GOP party officials would not vehemently demand Senator Lindsay Graham leave the party, and join the DNC, to which he seems to cling too, and vote with on a consistent basis.”
Does that help?
He needed to be defeated in the primary but all the good candidates decided not to run against him. He won’t pretend to be a conservative for another 5 years.
THANKS RNC
How are they getting to these Republicans: with financial or other bribery? with threats?
First Olympia Snow, then the other Republican Maine Senator, then this guy. What gives?????
Had he not ran last year during the Presidential election. I think SC would have found a true conservative.
Lindsey will get what's coming to him.
The democrats welcoming him will see to that. Hey, Lindsey, you should check that legislation.
"Nice to have you with us, Mr. Graham..."
I think SC should launch a “shadow” candidate. Starting right now.
Meaning: A candidate for Graham’s seat, who pushes his face on local TV everytime this turd takes a vote. I think this candidate should follow Graham around like a shadow and make his life completely miserable, forcing him to answer for every single vote. I’ll especially enjoy watching Graham defend his future amnesty vote, once a shadow candidate interviews with myriad unemployed constituents.
Last year I voted against Little Lord Flimsey Tinkerbelle but he won in a landslide (?).
His opponent’s name is Buddy Witherspoon. Why that didn’t automatically garner the entire redneck vote is beyond me.
At least we have Sen. Jim DeMint. He’s one of the good guys, solid conservative and not STUPID!!!!!!!!! like Mark Sanford.
