Also on KFI Los Angeles, we just heard it...
Well yeah, the more you repeat a story, if it's BS, it's going to eventually come out, especially with little kids...Guess they should have been rehearsing more instead of doing so many interviews.
Yeah, I’ve seen that....Bet Dad was filming.
When the men closed in, I thought the balloon looked about 1/6th of the size I had pictured. I had a feeling like when I saw the frozen bigfoot at that press conference...
Probably too much heavy lifting (no pun intended) for Sean-boy....
when the balloon landed, I thought at the time the emergency personnel seemed rather lackadaisical for a life and death situation. My guess is that they had already been informed there was no one in the balloon. Meaning that the news media knew also, and was just hyping the drama.
Would truck ambulance drivers have followed that balloon for a couple of hours and then raced out into that field if they had known that the balloon was unoccupied? I find that difficult to believe. Also, would news anchors willingly go along with such a fraud? The risk to their reputations would be so enormous that I doubt that, too.
The kid has a great future as a news media journalist. They do things for show, too.
Holey smokes... that’s nasty.
I’m not a big fan of charging people for emergency services. I figure, even if it’s due to your own stupidity, that’s one of the perks of paying taxes. There are people that will risk their lives to come and pull your stupid ass out of whatever jam you’ve gotten yourself into. As a former Coastie... I know from where I speak. I’ve seen plenty of boaters out there getting in trouble due mainly to their own stupid selves. But still... everybody that gets into trouble has probably been at least a little stupid in the process of getting into trouble. I’ve got no problem giving a stupidity mulligan from time to time. We all get a little stupid eventually, Lord knows I have. All that tax money should be worth something. It’s a perk that comes with paying taxes.
But when it comes to deliberate acts... that changes everything. You don’t get to use rescue services to generate publicity at your own whim.
Dude...
saying something critical about the Duggars...
There’s probably already a thousand folks out there manufacturing dolls that look like you and gettin ready to start sticking pins in...
Some places you just don’t wanna go!!!
And completely inconsistent with the response from his kid....The old man white washed what the kid said in an effort to kick up the deception dust...Didn't work.
I disagree. The Duggars are wholesome Christian folks and their testimony glows in comparison to most others on TV. Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater.
Follow up on that video. Wolf Blitzer followed up on the comment the boy made and the father said he was appalled.

Hey, how about putting the two of them together some time? Then we could really see ugly at it’s best, errr, worst, errr whatever?
Yeah we saw that!!
How about Jimmy Carter / Helen Thomas porn?
LOL
actually, I’m re watching it and the kids says “I thought you said we did it for the show?”
That could mean anything. Picture it this way...dad finds the little brat hiding. Then confronts the older kid for saying his brother was on the balloon. They just do the usual little kid crap and say “i don’t know”.
Then dad says “you guys will do anything for a show!”
Now on live television the little brat can’t think of anything to say so he just repeats what his dad said to him.
See???
Told ya.
You’re cursed.
Better get some Holy Water and some garlic, a silver bullet or two, and a bunch of crosses and sea salt, talk to a priest AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!
But... to be honest...
don’t get your hopes up...
That is not what was said or what happened in regards to the sequence of questions. What was said, and how the Dad responded were completely different.
I listened to that video again with earphones, and it contains enough attitude and four letter words that it could cause those parents problems if some prim and proper child protection workers start snooping around. There’ll be some repercussions with the stories around about putting the kids in too much danger, and if it’s proven they were coached to participate in a hoax.
