Weren’t they posted several years ago? Statute of limitations?

A lawyer would have to answer the question about statute of limitations.

But, this is a civil case- and I’ve seen tobacco and asbestos civil cases in the news where the act happened decades ago but the damages only occurred recently.

This sounds similar- Rush was only damaged this week from the libel.

Statute of limitations runs from the date the injury was known or should have been known. That might be last week.

It would seem that since the damage to his reputation, and the restraint of trade, took place this week, the issue of a statute of limitations would not apply.
