After showcasing the histories of the lib smear merchants last night, Mark Levin turned to Dave Checketts. The latter "went to Rush" with the deal and now has backed out after the liberals maliciously repeated lies. (After the jump: audio of Mark Levin plus a brief video about a small circle of jerks and evidence of what perhaps a civil court jury will find to be their slander.)

He already is.
Remember when Rush called his EIB Legal Dept Attorney, “F Lee Levin”...it’s Mark. They have been good friends for decades.

Rush is anti-RINO in his speech but is also anti-third party.
He would have had me vote Tom Ridge for governor in Pennsylvania in 1994 and 1998.
I didn’t vote Ridge. I voted third party. Ridge won anyway.
I have a conscience and I don’t vote for liberal Republicans in general elections sometimes.

"Rush seemed disinterested in suits." Exactly. And why do you think that is? Perhaps because HIS lawyer---not two bozos on TV---knows that there is always potential for legal exposure to Rush if you get inside a courtroom? As for keeping anything front and center, nothing falls off the news quicker than a civil suit. So, you're Rush, do you really want people taking depositions about everything you've said on the radio over 20 years that might possibly be interpreted as racist???
You can't win a fight like this, because the leaks of deposed testimony would be far greater than any eventual (and unlikely) settlement.
