Lindsey Graham: I Won’t Let Ron Paul Hijack the GOP [YouTube Funs!]
American Conservative Magazine ^ | October 13th, 2009 | Jack Hunter

This isn’t the best audio but more evidence of South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham’s complete dismissal of Ron Paul’s adherence to rigid constitutional government. Notice in the first video that instead of addressing the woman’s criticism head on, Graham simply asks her who she voted for in the presidential election. When she replied “Chuck Baldwin” Graham then attempts to marginalize her based on her support for the Constitution Party, slamming Paul in the process.

The following took place 10/12/09 at a town hall meeting in Greenville, SC:

Kick out people like Paul, you’re just left with people like Graham, McCain, Snowe, and Bush.

People who believe that there is no limit to the power of Congress and that Big Government is the answer.

That's fine, as long as they enforce and impose *my* version of morality on everybody else!

/Theocrats are *not* Conservatives, Social or otherwise

Indeed he would, and I love her, but she can’t have him!! We need him in the Senate, unless he has someone all groomed to step into his Senate shoes.

It's much more than Graham, too...I would say anyone who has anything to do w/ the inner-workings of the national (& some state) GOP as well. The GOP is infested w/ internationalist Neocons who wish to drive constitutional conservatives out of the public square.

It sure is.

I call the Palin, Beck, and Paul hating Graham-Frum-LGF-Tenanhaus wing of the GOP the "Axis of Weasels."

Thank goodness, I don’t, nor will I ever have to make that choice. LOL!

Both belong in straightjackets.

Ron Paul belongs in a straightjacket for sure. Graham I think would be better off at say the Mustang Ranch or some other whore house because he has turned into another cheep beltway tramp.

If you really want to know newbie, I believe the GOP is in a deep coma. Been there for many years. With Bush and the GOP Congress directly to blame for abandoning conservatism.

Ronpaul is a dangerous and naive fool. He undercuts his own credibility on “smaller government” with his military pacifism and political isolationism as they relate to America's best interests in foreign affairs.

He's just another beltway creature now.

Lindsay Graham is living proof that it's not so much Republican vs Democrat, nor even liberal vs conservative, this has become a conflict between Washington...and the rest of us.

>I’m sorry to say this, but I think it’s too late, considering the big-government Neocons that the GOP has nominated for President over the last 25 yrs..

We won’t know for sure unless we apply maximum pressure to change the GOP, from both inside and outside the party.

Both are valid tactics and they reinforce each other.

I think it has to be done from the outside. IMO, the inside of the GOP is totally corrupt.

If they are all run out, what will he have left? Democrats

Nah, The GOP is full of big government moralists and the big government imperialists. And they have managed to run many traditional libertarian and constitutionalist conservatives out of tent.

>military pacifism and political isolationism

We have other choices besides pacifism and isolation, or interventionist nation building. Like following the Constitution, for example.

>Ronpaul is a dangerous and naive fool

That’s just your silly opinion. Palin and Bachmann feel different.

The high steppin twinkie toad is outed yet again. Note to Graham. Conservative voters will no longer allow high steppin twinkie toed rinos to hijack the GOP. So why don’t you do us all a great favor and simply resign from the GOP. Have you no honor? It’s rhetorical question moron.
