It is illogical for pro-choicers to be appalled by this woman. If a fetus is not a human life, then having an abortion is no different than using a diaphragm, and if a woman said she'd used a diaphragm fifteen times, no one would object.

Perhaps a lot of pro choicers think along the lines of one (bad enough) and think that the person getting the abortion has learned a lesson. Fifteen is just insane though and plain old murder. No excuse.

Controlling husbands are worthy of scorn and unworthy of respect, but it doesn’t justify what she did. To state the obvious, divorce was an option. It just boggles the mind, doesn’t it?
