Columbus attorney William Mason has seen "birther" lawyer Orly Taitz on television and read about her in the newspaper.
He's quick with a description of the California lawyer: "She's nuts," Mason said. “Based on what I saw and read, she's nuts."
Mason said her court filings don't appear written by someone familiar with the court system. Also, members of the Georgia bar, to which Taitz doesn't belong, aren't allowed to advance an untrue cause. And, he said, she's never been able to support speculation made in federal court that President Barack Obama wasn't born in the United States.
For attorney Frank Martin, Taitz's actions are so egregious that she should be disciplined.
"First of all, a lawyer has an ethical duty not to advance an argument that either you know is not true or you do not have an honest basis to argue," Martin said. "She's the type of person who gives lawyers a bad name."...

As a candidate, and now as an elected leader, I would think the burden of proof would be on Obama to demonstrate that he IS eligable.
I would like to think so, but no court has yet determined that anyone has standing to force Obama to do what he’s supposed to do.

Unfortunately, in a court of law, the onus is on her, not him. All she had was a bogus looking Kenyan birth certificate some crackpot was trying to auction on the internet plus she is a terrible lawyer with virtually no courtroom experience and she attacked the judge personally. Go away, Orly or get some help.

I’m tired of the messenger being the story. If a lawyer trying a case finished 19th out of 27 in his law school, would the judge immediately toss out his case or decide the case on it’s own merits?
We have a president who, in all seriousness, is not a natural born citizen for the reasons we’ve gone over ad nauseum. So, Barack isn’t a natural born citizen and probably wasn’t even born in Hawaii and this is being covered up. You have to ask yourself why.
Why the cover up?
Just show the long form birth certificate and the critics (on this issue) will just have to put a lid on it.

In order to utilize the Two parent citizen tack of the NBC angle, she must LEGALLY establish who his father is. For that she nneds help in either verifying the Kenyan BC, or obtaining the Hawaiin BC. Untill then she is stymied because she lacks the legal verification.

A lot of don't get why she just didn't go to Hawaii and ask for documents under UIPA (Hawaii's Uniform Information Provision Act) which is stronger than FOIA in many ways, and demands that public information be made available to any member of the public (Gee, what a concept!)
As far as "privacy" goes, once the COLB hit his website, guess what, he doesn't have any. It's the law in Hawaii. All documentation behind the COLB is public property. We also have a right, by that state's laws, dto see the amendments to the record the authorities admit have been made.
