I support ensuring that committed gay couples have the same rights and responsibilities afforded to any married couple in this country. I believe strongly in stopping laws designed to take rights away and passing laws that extend equal rights to gay couples. I've required all agencies in the federal government to extend as many federal benefits as possible to LGBT families as the current law allows. And I've called on Congress to repeal the so-called Defense of Marriage Act and to pass the Domestic Partners Benefits and Obligations Act. And we must all stand together against divisive and deceptive efforts to feed people's lingering fears for political and ideological gain.”

This isn't a matter of 'rights'- we, straights and gays, are being governed equally in that man and woman can marry. This is a special interest group and nothing more. Up next, pedophiles demand their 'rights' too.

And for the last sentence, spare me.

Does this mean the man who wrote the book about his ‘gay encounter’ with Obama will no longer be silenced; or, otoh; perhaps, just guarantee it?

Can I marry my cat? Or can my cat marry a dog?

Not right now, but give Obama another two terms
and who knows what this country will be like?
We must see that this political disaster is
not re-elected to another term.

Palin 2012.

He’s the Sodomy President, among other things.

You can always tell when he’s lying.

His lips are moving.

“And the Angels are crying.......”

I hear you and sympathize with you, but in Sodom’s case, they didn’t cry. They destroyed the place.

“Can I marry my cat? Or can my cat marry a dog?”

In some states, if it is a long term, committed relationship.
