No, that’s not what AP wrote. Had they meant to say that Obama was among the Americans with dual nationality they would have written “including President Obama” before the long hypen that followed “some of them with dual nationalities.”

hm... uhm... Does obama belong with the 11 Americans, or with the 13 Nobel winners? 'cos if he belongs to the 13, then he's not an American citizen!
Why was the dual nationality mentioned at all? What importance does it have in winning the Nobel? any?
