What the NFLPA is doing is setting up a nice discrimination lawsuit for Rush.
Yeah, I do. Liberals invariably accuse us of being/doing what they are.
Forget all that. Are you watching MNF? A ref just made a call in Spanish--and the crowd booed! (in Miami!)
That's why they had to go after him. They knew exactly what he was saying. He wasn't saying blacks couldn't play QB, he was saying the press was racist.
Dan Marino.
It requires both O & D to win football games and the O has to stay out on the field for long enough to let the D get some rest.
The skin color of the QB is irrelevant and yes, Rush knows that.
*Not* smart, a'tall.
Watch.
If you're correct, it'd be sauce for the goose my friend.
And zerO's goose would be, cooked.
If you listened to Rush today you heard him use some pretty strong language, for him.
Never heard 'em say these things before when describing what the quislings have been & are saying about him.
Legalese terms like slander, slanderous, libel and libelous.
Methinks the quislings best watch their step.
The tiger they've got by the tail has some awfully deep pockets. Since he can easily prove some mighty substantial damages if he loses his chance due to outright lies, they're vitriol's left 'em very vulnerable. ;^)
Well what I think what is REALLY is going on is that the black players do not want Rush to buy 5% of the team because he would do to the Rams as the Steinbrener family has done to the NY Yankees, make it a world class team, which BTW, is on the verge I predict of going into another World Series, it would not suprise me if it becomes another Yankees/Dodgers series, a grudge match between a former Yankees coach and the present one.:)
No kidding. The saying has lost all meaning...and toes don’t like it either.
Think so?
FWIW {& that's precious little :o) } methinks racism's behind it all when it comes to anything the NFLPA has to say. Like forum citizen, "rintense" said, Obama's goons are behind this all the way. I mean the NFLPA is, after all, just another union. Only difference between the NFLPA's goons and say the SEIU's? Conditioning. The mindset, OTOH, is identical.
But lookit, my point is/was simple: by dragging race & racially charge aspects into a *game* all peoples may enjoy annnnnd all peoples pay to view in one way or another?
The NFLPA's quite literally messin' with Sasquatch, so to speak.
So I'll reiterate, the NFL had better get a handle on these clowns & do some FAST damage control or the goons will ruin the NFL's public image, reputation and ultimately the entire business as sure as you & I will pay taxes.
"...which BTW, is on the verge I predict of going into another World Series, it would not suprise me if it becomes another Yankees/Dodgers series, a grudge match between a former Yankees coach and the present one."
I'd have to take your word for that, my friend.
Remember the last MLB strike?
I do, all too well.
Had season tickets for Milwaukee, Deluxe Mezzanine.
Take a guess what MLB told me to do with my tickets?
Now guess what I told MLB they could do with their *product* from that point on? LOL
Truth is, and again FWIW, one cannot build a stairway to Heaven. Steinbrenner *and* JJones are two of the better known owners who've tried. Sometimes successful, mostly not.
Cannot "buy" character; therein, lies the rub with owners who try to achieve championship status devoid a scintilla of championship character among their team(s).
Would love to think Rush knows better than even try that tack; but, only Rush knows for sure. :^)
Don’t forget: the head of the NFLPA is a big time Obama donor.
Youuuuuuuuureeeee kiddinggggg. LOL!!
Now that comes as a real shocker. LOL
Thanks, kiddo. ;^)
The truth of the matter is that for folks like myself, who enjoys watching NFL football on Sundays, garbage like this WILL push folks like I into the arms of college football on Saturdays, such as for example, Connecticut Huskies or UConn Huskies.
The truth is and IMHO, stuff like this will blow up in the faces of those who pust this game called “the race card” is not only is old but folks are getting fed up with it. Listen to the late night commedy folks, anything connected with Obama is now open to jokes.
Businessmen are WIMPS and will give into the pressure from the left
Could be worse, watching collegiate ball.
I mean the *youngsters* play the game because they love it, are hungry & receive no remuneration.
Riiiiiight? /sarc
FWIW [that] is the reason I watch CF, it's frankly more more entertaining from my POV.
Another real truth of the matter to add is the NFL could be ruined, IF, the majority get the notion they or the people they admire are being mugged, insulted, smeared & flat-out disrespected by millionaire jocks my friend.
Just enough people will be forced into making a statement. Many by by dumping the whole shittin' caboodle [read: NFL] like a STD. Don't think for an instant the NFL et al isn't aware of this potential, too.
Takes *enorrrrrrmous* TV ratings paid by nets to the NFL for the venue to not just survive, but thrive.
Those numbers are balanced on a razor blade-like fine line, since they spend money faster than it comes in, always.
Ask any NAZZZZCAR fan what happened to the ratings after France Sr's snot nosed brat legislated away the thrill of the venue visa vi admitting foreign cars, PC ( fill in the blank ), the "COT" (just a fancier way of saying IROC) etc ad nasueum. Ratings are in the proverbial shitter my friend and have been since before the crash. The blind imbeciles running the venue wring their hands while asking themselves, "Why? Why? Why?. LOL
This kind of atrocity, this racialization, I'm guessing's been feared by NFL higher-ups for a very long time. In fact I'd truly be surprised to learn there are few if any contingencies in the wing expressly for dealing with an anticipated situation such as this.
"The truth is and IMHO, stuff like this will blow up in the faces of those who pust this game called 'the race card' is not only is old but folks are getting fed up with it."
Precisely my point, kiddo.
Thank you kindly. :^)
"Listen to the late night commedy folks, anything connected with Obama is now open to jokes."
>?<
Ummmm, ahhhhhhhh...would you mind too terribly much watching *for* me?? I've neither the heart, patience or stomach for late night anything, anymore. LOL
But, I would believe you! ;^)
