Sure he is; he decided long ago to work diligently to be POTUS so he can systematically undermine and overturn the Unites States as we know it. He is taking as much time as politically feasible to put the U.S. in a position to lose the war in Afghanistan, after which his disciples will blame President George W. Bush for that defeat. You underestimate him. The only cloud on his horizon are the Congressional elections in 2010. If he can get past that and win reelection with a large unAmerican turnout in 2012 he will like Hugo Chavez.
