Better questions would be ‘whom was the number assigned to before Barry used it, was that person ever living in HI and banking at Stanley Ann's mother's bank or involved with the Ford Foundation micro-loan program, and when did the person die whose number Barry used from Connecticut?

Why would Barry Obama, a 15-year-old student in Hawaii, need to steal a Social Security number???? That makes no sense. You need to prove you are a citizen to get a SS Number, you need a valid birth cert.
