Steve Winn did the opposite, he bashed Obama and the Dems for the stimilus and said they should have used tax policy (i.e., tax cuts and tax credits for hiring new employees).
Morning ABB, All....
Our Bishop died this past week...very sad.
Cooking ham and cabbage with potatoes, pineapple upside down cake, homemade chicken soup. Am scheduled to win Bon Appetit cooking award for my promising menu.
Also heard, please don’t repeat, that Obama is going to win the title of the next Top Chef.
Hope all is well with everyone.
We have a shot at getting rid of McGeezer in 2010. Let’s go all out!
Inflation occurs when too many dollars are chasing after too few goods.
No inflation in sight, yet!
There are too few dollars out there and no one wants the goods.
Wallace to Gove Daniels R-Indiana:
Why should the taxpayers your state which has been responsible and has billions of dollars of surplus bail out other states which have not....like California? (and Michigan..unspoken)
He had Zandi sputtering by bashing those who never created a private sector job.
SNL should pull the plug on the entire show, not limit themselves to one skit at a time. They could have Charles Rockett be the guest host; and run an Al Franken tribute to show why the show is not funny.
There's a bumper sticker I can drive with!
how long before inflation hits?
just a guess for me, energy prices will lead this winter, and as surplus supplies of everything else dry up because of lack of manufacturing, over the next 2 years should get us there as Geithner prints more cash
LOL.
No.
He will have to be defeated.
Have to admit that one show was worth an entire year of nonshows.
It was so appropriate that it got play everywhere.
Perfect timing too. Right before the the big prize was awarded!!!
I am lovin’ Mr. Wynn!
I favor "The Nauhghts", a tribute to the original clown in a big white house who didn't know how things worked; Jethro Beaudien.
Granholm tried to completely distort Wynn’s statements, and Wynn calmly bitch slapped her back down to where she had to agree with him.
I can't tell you how thrilled I am at the prospect of an Acorn-type government employee snooping around my house, noting how my windows fasten, where the doors are, what possessions I have, etc.
I think this provision should be called "The Home Burglary Scouting Enabling Act."
Granholm comes unglued defending government and mistates his position.
Wynn rebutts and you can tell he hates her.
This is a MUST SEE segment folks.
Wouldn’t the GOURMET award to better. LOL....it’s suspending publication.
Those critics were mostly democrats. I clearly remember Tom Daschle and Dick Gebhardt standing before a muffler saying the only thing a working class person could do with the money is buy a muffler.
I will always be in favor of tax cuts. The less money the government has the less they can spend on pork and other boondogles. Deficits spending should be outlawed except in times of emergency and a 4/5ths vote of both Houses of Congress.
