New Hampshire sets too high a criteria for criminality which should qualify for the death penalty. Even murder with cannabalism would not qualify for the ultimate sentence in this loony liberal state.

An attempt to change the law passed the state legislature a number of years ago but the loony former governor Shaheen vetoed it.

But then, what does one expect in a state whose citizens vote for the likes of Jeanne Shaheen, who, by the way, is still undermining the Republic as an elected Democrat senator.

I live in NYS. We can't even execute cop killers in this state.

Question for folks in NH: Why in HADES do you even have a death penalty?!
