This is interesting:

why the U.S. government insists on labeling what appears to the entire country to be the constitutional removal of Mr. Zelaya a "coup," he urged me to read the legal opinion drafted by the State Department's top lawyer, Harold Koh. As it happens, I have asked to see Mr. Koh's report before and since my trip, but all requests to publicly disclose it have been denied.

State Department will not show congressmen its legal opinion

Obambi’s full intent is to stay in power for the rest of his life, therefore he could not let this legal action in Honduras stand.Once a Marxist always a Marxist.Freedom is something Obambi holds in disdain.

That excerpt jump out at me as well.

obama's admin is a covert operation and unconstitutional as hell.

What's stressing me to my grave is why aren't people suing on grounds of constitutionality??

Take your pick! Maybe the laws have to go into affect first or have consequences first. I don't know.

But why aren' people lined up at the Supreme Court?!

And why should they show a sitting Senator anything? It is not like America is a Republic or something!

Um....Mr. Koh works for US! Zero is clearly trying to disempower Congress (not that it’s necessarily a bad thing with this bunch in power right now) but remember that if and when our guys take over next year, this will NOT be a good thing.

Koh is another freaky socialist one-worlder who wants us to adopt international law and move away from the Constitution.

Does Zero have anyone sane in this administration? No!

Zelaya was trying to overthrow the constitution regarding term limits, just as Chavez did. The reason ostammer supports Zelaya is because he wants to overturn our constitutional amendment limiting him to two terms.
