You posted was I was going to say...It will be interesting to see what stance Code Pink takes on this. Not that they’re normally relevant, but if they actually start fighting for women’s rights, as the female Afghans have strongly pleaded that they do, then they’ll have no logical choice but to oppose Taliban involvement in Afghanistan’s government. Of course, no one has ever confused them with logical beings, so what they’ll decide to stand up for remains to be seen...

That is a very interesting question. Assuming their latest new-found knowledge announcement was made to provide Obama coverage for staying engaged, CP must be feeling a little betrayed right about now if this report is true.
This move would be despicable.
