The case number doesn't like right:

"United States District Court Judge David O. Carter
Case Number: SACV09-0082 DOC (ANx)"

I believe the correct case number is: "8:09-cv-82"

Also, there is nothing on Dr. Taitz's site, which would be very surprising if indeed the judge had ordered the MTD Denied.

There is a court order for 10/7/09...it's nothing more than setting the future final hearings and trial date, and these are only IF Judge Carter proceeds. I find no court order for MTD Denied. http://www.scribd.com/doc/20784596/Order-7-Oct-09
