I could go on, but an obese person's weakness is linked to his appetite. That's why the only 'cures' involve suppressing the appetite through pills, or placing a band on their stomach to make them feel 'full' with very small portions. Remove the appetite issue, and people will loose the weight.
Don't waste your time! Everyone is different. Body types are different. Thyroids operate differently in different people. Metabolisms are different and function differently in different people.
To make a sweeping statement such as you did; a fat person is ALWAYS hungry -- is simply, factually incorrect.
The bottom line:
Another person's weight is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS, nor is it the BUSINESS OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
