That could put Delta right out of business.

So they want the government to force Delta to become unionized?

Unions are nothing but DNC fundraisers, donors and campaign workers. They should be viewed as such by the government.

I live in the South and fly Delta all the time. In general, I like Delta and the service is usually pleasant and the atmosphere is good (the staff is not hostile or dragged out and tired, as it is on some other airlines).
I have Silver Medallion status, but unfortunately they have reduced a lot of their perks and the Sky Rooms are no longer as nice as they used to be. But still, I like it better than most other airlines I fly, and I hope this union stuff doesn’t destroy it.

Don't do it, Delta. Whatever you have to do to stop it, do it.
Do you know who owns the Association of Flight Attendants? The CWA. Communications Workers of America. You know, telecom workers, phone cable installers, etc. What does the CWA know about the airline business? NOTHING. It's about numbers, that's it. Numbers and Democrat votes.

I’d better use my SkyMiles soon.

No big deal. Plenty of room available for Delta’s airplanes in the Davis-Monthan AFB boneyard.

Even though Delta is headquartered in a right-to-work state, Federal law, specifically, The railway labor act (USC: Title 45 Chapter 8 ) is the rule. But hearing from a real lawyer on the Section 152 clause/paragraph 4 and 5 would be nice. This latest revision of the law seems to say that even if a union is voted in the contract/company/union can't make you join or be forced to pay dues directly from your paycheck. Is this right or have to courts taken a red pencil to this law or worse is this dead letter law that no lawyer would take a case on? Like agency fees. Even Delta on its company web site is not quite clear on this aspect of the law
