Woo hoo!! The Tea Party Express was a great success!! Thirty four cities, thirty four rallies in 15 days, then on to Washington, DC! And two million of us Marched On DC! Wow!! What a mob!! A flood of patriots filled all the main streets flowing into the Capitol and overflowed the Capitol grounds. Millions of us! And all calling for an end to socialism and a return to the constitution! Down with corruption!! Down with tyranny!!
Wish we all could have squeezed into the congressional office buildings to run the RATS out, but that just wasn't in the cards this time. But they'd better hope we don't have to come back. If Obama, Reid, Pelosi & CO. try to cram down socialized healthcare or cap and trade, etc, despite our objections, they're gonna get it. We'll be back, stronger and madder than ever and loaded for bear!!
The Main stream media are doing their best to ignore us but they won't be ignoring us on election day 2010! Their silence speaks volumes. And you can smell the fear. The people are pissed!! And you can see it in the mood change in the congress. The congress is wavering and Obama's Marxist agenda is going down because the people have raised such a stink. It's a good thing when the congress fears the people. And there WILL be a turnover in 2010, this is sure!! Vote 'em out!!
We also had a great FReeper convention and get together in DC. Our first national event in quite awhile. And our turnout was good but the next one should be even better. We want to continue building steam in the Tea Party movement to ensure a rebellious turnout in the coming elections. Obama's socialist/Marxist agenda must be stopped and we the people are the ones who WILL stop it!!
We have to raise a little more money this quarter to make payments on loans we took out for event expenses and also we have taxes coming due. Hopefully we'll get it all paid off soon.
Thank you all very much for your continuing support!!
God Bless America!!

FR Rocks!
Great news and thanks for helping us keep FR up and running!
Also thanks for your honest statement that this is your first donation. I hope your honesty will touch other Freepers who have never made a donation to think about doing so.
Back when I thought about what it would be like without having Free Republic for information I decided to take the leap to be a dollar a day member. I can tell you that Free Republic is certainly worth more to me than a dollar a day but I do what I can afford to do.
My challenge to all Freepers who have not donated to Free Republic since you have been a member still stands. Please think about donating at least $10 or whatever you can afford to help us keep FR up and running. Thanks!
Thank you very much, vox_freedom!!
