Not complete and no rest. I was putting up the last of the fence framing and got stung three times by a wasp. Spent most of the morning painting. Busy and productive day and the two stings on my noggin are hurting.
Relaxing now.

Yikes!!! Hope you identified and corrected the wasp issue.
1. Stinger out
2. Ice
3. Antihistamine
4. Ibuprofen
5. Apply mud or baking soda (shades of my childhood)
3 bites is a bunch of venom. Relaxing is good.
I love busy and productive days.

I am pretty sure it was the same little guy. No stinger in me. Cold beer can to the afflicted areas. I took an antihistamine. No pain killers, just the beer. I scrubbed the stings with rubbing alcohol and then put a product called after-bite on them. The swelling has gone down.
All is good now.
Thanks for the advice.

Hello Kathy . . . we had 4 and a half inches last night . . . so, I'd say a definite yes . . . ;-)I sure prefer green to the yucky beige we endured all Summer. Citrus is starting to colour, so we'll be enjoying a lot of oranges, lemons, limes, satsumas and grapefruit soon.

The story of my weekend...trying to get my new computer up and running. I need to figure out how to get my “stuff” from Carbonite. But it is nice to be using my big monitor, rather than my laptop.

Good job!! My Dad had a really bad weekend a couple weeks ago and seemed VERY lethargic and we were really concerned. Turned out he was stung and didn’t follow any of your steps. Glad you were pro-active.
