Miss Marple, you took the words out of my mouth. I too came to the same conclusion that Obama detests America and will do whatever it takes to drive a stake through her heart.
Thus my burning questions:
*What is the oath of a Secret Service officer?
*What if an agent overhears Obama discussing methods of destroying our government with his handlers (read Soros)?
*Does s/he have a responsibility to report such information to superiors and if yes, WHAT THEN?
What to do with Michelle? Give her a show on the Home Shopping Network with a spending allowance.
I do think that none of the agents I saw around Bush are on Obama's detail. My guess is that they were transferred in order to avoid a contrast between the two men in their observations.
Either that or they all put in for duty in Crawford, Houston, Dallas, or Kennebunkport.
I thought it was great! If any Senator could be described as “descent,” it’s Casey.
Intellectually, he’s about as low as it gets.
I recall one SS agent who flashed a huge toothy smile at us while we were protesting Al Gore at a fundraiser. Made our day!
Maybe that fond memory is possibly the reason I’m wondering how far they go wrt loyalty.
Rush also felt free to use the taboo middle name of The One because it was in the kids’ song. Much like using term “Magic Negro” because LA Times used it first.
Casey was hilarious. I love the unibrow I’m a dum bass look! The round table was even better. Crystal was cracking up over Obamas epic fail in Copenhagen.
Sorry this is so late; I spent an enjoyable afternoon with my 3 children and son-in-law, and just got home.
Any formula that requires that Congress acts responsibly with receipts in excess of current spending is optimistic, at best.
The Roman Republic had a program where a citizen would be appointed dictator during a crisis, for a term of 6 months. Then the dictator would retire back into private life. In our current form of government, that would give this person only 6 months to clear the Beltway of the lobbies and the Ted Kennedy types and the lifers in the government, act in the best interest of the country, and have a replacement who would not undo the good work.
I am not optimistic about this possible solution. Somebody else mentioned the Wiemar Republic on this thread today; I hope that what comes out of the American version of that will be more enlightened than what came out of the original.
Nahhh... only at Fantasy Fest
Isn't that the highest rating of any Dem senator in the northeast or midwest.
My alter-ego was the first Roman dictator to go beyond the limit (Caesar was the second). This led to considerable unpleasantness.
Nope. I’m just jerking his chain. He is already deprived so I don’t think I’m piling on.
ROFLOL
We should be so deprived.
Palm trees
Warm beaches
Sunshine
Bikinis on every corner. Poor Rod!!!!
I honestly believe change will NOT be easy or simple. Your comment, and more from kabar, bray and others, expose the problems to accomplish what really needs to be done.
The best Republicans can hope to accomplish is getting commitments to help slow, and where possible reduce, the growth of government.
I wish I were wrong. If anyone has a better idea I’d like to learn about it.
