"Plateau in Temperatures Adds Difficulty
To Task Of Reaching a Solution"
-- The New York Times, Sept. 23
IN this headline on a Times story about difficulties confronting people alarmed about global warming, note the word "plateau." It dismisses the unpleasant -- to some people -- fact that global warming is maddeningly (to the same people) slow to vindicate their apocalyptic warnings about it.
The "difficulty" -- the "intricate challenge," the Times says -- is "building momentum" for carbon reduction "when global temperatures have been relatively stable for a decade and may even drop in the next few years." That was in the Times' first paragraph.

We’ll just have to live in the trees...oh...trees cause globull smarming.
Yeah....the difficulty in selling $&it as shinola...the age old problem of the con.
Damnit... and I had to run the heat the past few nights.
The MMGW advocates need to be directly confronted about something they cannot refute. The MMGW theory has no, zero, negative case.
That is, ask them the question, “What will prove that MMGW is *not* happening?”, and they will have no answer for you within the lifetime of a person.
They insist that MMGW is proven if we have a new ice age, or the Earth becomes a steaming swamp, or as this article points out, if temperatures remain the same. As such, peach cobbler and crab lice cause MMGW, that is, they don’t.
So they will invariably insist that MMGW “is just around the corner”, but that is a nonsense argument, because the falsified computer models all said that it was a continual process. If they claim that the computer models have been improved, it still fails, because the projection errors are far greater than any recorded temperature change.
That is as bad as saying that not only because the computer models said that John McCain was elected president, he is, and that his vice president is Mitt Romney. And when you point out the obvious errors, they insist that Obama is just a “temporary plateau”, and come the next election, John McCain will be president and Romney VP.
So Cap & Trade & Steal is as futile as donating money to the McCain-Romney ticket in 2012.
Yup, its hard to do massive wealth transfer based on a lie. Especially when evidence of that lie is staring you right in the face. Just damn....
Warmists, how many of your models predicted the 10 year level period? (That is NOT just a tiny blip.) If they can’t predict that, how can they predict anything?
In fact, how can you explain it even now, after the fact?
Bad news brings grant money to leftist political “scientist” too “bought” to see this is a hoax.
Don’t you feel sorry for the Branch Carbonians?
The scam became a pandemic when they changed the name from Global Warming to Global Weather Change. Hard to argue that it will not get warmer and or cooler over time. Kind of heads I win, Tails you lose.
Similar with the Health Care argument. OZero said we need to fix health care and make it affordable. That was the anti. When the game began, it changed to fixing Health Insurance...I argue there is no link between Health Insurance and better health care but the need to change the playing field to get a law passed dictated a change of targets.

Okay, ya talked me into one more. ;’)
