The mayor has issued a policy that the police are prohibited from chasing any criminal due to worker’s comp insurance rates. The reporter tries to ask her if that means that when a cop sees a burglary the cop isn’t allowed to chase down the burglar.
The reaction is a HOWLER!!!!!

Just imagine a complete idiot trying to explain why she instituted an order for the police NOT to chase any criminal for any reason.
The reporter kept asking her if an officer saw a crime in progress how was he supposed to do anything if he couldn't chase the criminal. When this idiot was cornered she just keeps repeating “God Bless You, God Bless You, God Bless You” over and over and over.
