Everyone in IL would have had our pockets picked to pay for Daley's Folly by the cronies, crooks, and 'The Combine'.

As my husband pointed out, maybe if Barack and Michelle acted as if they actually LIKED America, our chances would have been better. (But I'm sure glad they didn't, cuz this is the best news I've heard in a long time.)
