This is the answer to the question, “What could possibly motivate a person to spend hour upon hour on Internet news groups defending the government and/or the press and harassing genuine critics?” Don't the authorities have defenders enough in all the newspapers, magazines, radio, and television? One would think refusing to print critical letters and screening out serious callers or dumping them from radio talk shows would be control enough, but, obviously, it is not.
Ya I don’t get it. They already have an entire media that’s all tingly all the time, why would they need paid bloggers? And how the hell did they do this without anyone knowing?
Like the ones on here that spend hours and hours on end refuting the BC. Why waste your time? If you think everything is fine with the BC, why bother? UNLESS you are on the other side. It makes no sense, unless they are just attention whores that like to copy and paste and argue, call other FReepers names(like idiot, etc.) and disrupt the thread.
