Okay, Code Pink did not intentionally praise former President George W. Bush, but that is the clear result of the photographs the group has posted of their first days on their week-long trip to Afghanistan that began this week.
Before President Bush ordered the liberation of Afghanistan in the fall of 2001, the Taliban controlled the lives of men and women--with an exceptionally cruel domination of women. Thanks to President Bush and America's armed forces, intelligence operatives and foreign service officers, Afghan women are not forced to wear burkas and girls can go to school:

No burka's here. Thanks, President Bush!
No burkas here, either. We love President Bush!!!
Unfortunately for the women of Afghanistan, Code Pink is in bed with al Qaeda, the Taliban and Barack Obama. The purpose of their trip is to undermine support for the war on terror.
Sorry, Afghan girls and women. You are just props for Code Pink.
More photos here.
First person account of trip by a fellow traveler here.
Stand with the D.C. Chapter of FreeRepublic.com at the White House Monday morning, October 5, as we support our troops in Afghanistan and counter Code Pink and the usual gang of America hating leftists (inside and outside the White House.) Details here.
LOL! Awesome
They did! You need to read what Kristinn wrote...very carefully.
Are they actually trying to now raise support for the war effort in Afganistan because their guy (Obama) is now in charge?
NO! This picture says it all...taken in Afghanistan 9-28-09
Mr. dead, you crack me up.
Ping to laughs at #13.
These pics should increase support
Obama: Afghanistan not 'American battle' but NATO mission
"We are working actively and diligently to consult with NATO at every step of the way," Obama said.
NATO Secretary-General Rasmussen put on a united front with Obama, arguing that "our operation in Afghanistan is not America's responsibility or burden alone, it is and it will remain a team effort." "I agree with President Obama in his approach: strategy first, then resources,"
He has been in office 8 months now. WHEN will he find the time to develop a strategy?
Perhaps some time spent taking care of business, as opposed to gallivanting all over the world -- at taxpayer expense -- would allow for some strategic planning time. The war did not start yesterday. His strategy should have been worked out prior to the coronation.
LOL, good one!
Outstanding post, thank you.
Medea Benjamin?
That list is long and notorious. (don’t forget Sean Penn)
Thanks President Bush!
Love the beautiful faces on the Afghan girls and women. To bad they do not know the pinko’s attitude toward their freedom!
Thank you President Bush!
Wow! The truth always comes out.
Afghani women will take with them the
truth of the reason for their freedom
and parity for generations to come.
Thank you, God bless you ~~ President Bush!
RE: “He has been in office 8 months now. WHEN will he find the time to develop a strategy?”
*****
I’d like to ask “WHEN will he get the h*ll out of office??? He will never be bothered with a strategy. Too busy snagging Olympics for the totally corrupt Chi-town.
That looks like a dude, with the skirt on the left.
For an incredible cinematic lesson on what Bush accomplished, rent “Osama” (nothing about bin Laden). It’s the first movie shot in Afghanistan and won Best Foreign Film Oscar. It’s devastating.
The Clueless in Chief obviously does not know that without the US, NATO would not exist
Good to see a thread showing besides keeping the enemy away from America, some of the results of the war
Afghan women are not forced to wear burkas and girls can go to school.
Though this is just part of why we are there, many on FR
are posting threads with the IslamOfascists rant, out of Afghanistan and Iraq, all the usual propaganda.
Having been on many counter demonstrations against the Code Pinkos, their Marxist - IslamOfascists talking points are no
different than the Third Party, Paulites on FR
She and her husband own a travel agency. Just a little bit of capitalism to help them on their mission.
Besides, she is a trust fund baby, just like Bill Ayers.
That’s classic! Too funny..
