RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Activists gathered outside a downtown strip club Monday to denounce as racist a banner depicting President Obama as the Joker from Batman.
"Not only is it an attack on the president, but also on all men and people of African descent," King Salim Khalfani, president of the Virginia NAACP, said of what he called "the abomination that's on the wall" outside Club Velvet.
The banner, unfurled within the past few days, depicts Obama as Heath Ledger's grotesque Joker character from "The Dark Knight." The president is shown with smeared red lipstick, a white face and darkened eyes. The word "socialism" is spelled out below the caricature.

The Left lies by omission. This has nothing to do with race and they know it. They are race baiting and trying to stir up hatred.
The parent who tells his or her black child "white people are never gonna like you because of the color of your skin" are committing child abuse (verbal) and planting the seeds of racial disunity.
A woman may feel victimized (rightfully or wrongly) by an exboyfriend, neighbor, employer, etc. but it would be WRONG WRONG WRONG for her to carry her baggage and blame ALL men for such actions.
I think that the protesters sound positively heterophobic.

P.S. The race card is SO over. It may make them feel good, and save them the trouble of having to think things through, but the charge of racism in the face of extremely valid (and unanswered) complaints about Obama and his agenda no longer means anything.
In so far as the Joker was a deeply disturbed, power hungry individual whose only agenda was to destroy and cause chaos, I think the comparison is apt given what we've seen from the narcissistic Obama and the team of extreme America-hating radicals with which he has peopled his administration. Only difference, really, is that the Joker was a much more effective executive planner.

First of all, they should be happy that having a white face is now associated with evil.
Second, what about all those white clowns, inculding Heath Ledger, who put on white faces? Why do they bother? Why not go with their natural faces, if they’re already white?
I have often been amused at the claim to “queenliness” by some lower class black women ( you should see a particular episode of a show called “Bridezillas” that I killed a few brain cells watching a week or two ago. The “queen” bride-all 250 lbs of her-chose to ride a horse the few steps to her ceremony venue. Her own father rolled his eyes in disgust at her. She also made the groomsmen, under protest, hoist her onto their shoulders to carry her out after the ceremony, with her lil new husband trailing along behind.)
I suppose the lower class white female “princess” theme is just as absurd—imagine a foul-mouthed gangsta wanna-be attempting to be a “princess” for her nuptials—dime-store tiara and all.

They praised Eddie Murphy for his ability to portray white people.
Same reason that the riotous protesters who carried death and torture threats directed at Bush and Cheney were called “peace” protesters. Same reason they marched with signs in support of the insurgents in Iraq while declaring it to be an anti-war (not anti-American) protest.
