Glenn repeated some of the prayer, it kind of sounds like the Lords prayer only to Obama, to be released to the internet in 15 minutes ...
It's a group of community organizers praying to him as if he were God.
I did. I am skeptical. If you close your eyes and listen with the open mind, I think there are some that are saying “Obama” and some that are saying “Oh God”.
I have watched it twice and listened with my head down 3 more times. I can hear some “G-sounds” after the “Oh-sound” in a girls voice. I am having a hard time finding a difinitive “M-sound”. I was listening for the syllables. I cannot pick out a difference in the syllables as the crowd is not in complete unison.
I want to believe that these people are this nuts. At the same time I am disgusted by it and hope they are not saying it. The video also includes a reference to “The Prophet Martin Luther King” which lends credence to their alleged worship of Obama.
I just want to be sure we have this right before we (or Glenn) is painted as wingy.
This is something I didn’t expect to wake up to. Before I gather the courage (and stomach) to look, were their heads bowed w/eyes closed? Where their eyes closed and hands reaching for the stars? Where they standing in a circle holding hands—with eyes closed? Draw me a picture first. Is it really cultish?

I did too- but I’ve listened several times now- closing my eyes and I hear both.
It depends on what the definition of what is, “is” and of course the definition of what to, “to” is.
It “is” a cult. It “is” blasphemy there ain’t no two ways, if’s, ands or but’s about it.
I don’t know what a “cargo” cult is...do tell.

Actually, the Torah refers to the first five and most holy books of The Hebrew Bible. The remaining books are not considered as important as the Torah.
Since Exodus is one of the five books of the Torah, my saying that it is part of the Hebrew Bible does trivialize it a bit. I should have said that Exodus is part of the Torah, thereby giving the quote the respect it is due.

I went to a few different sites to listen to the audio as closely as I could. I now think many of those people ARE praying to Obama!!!

It is extremely cultish. It is in the tune of a mockery of an episcopal/catholic mass when they say “lord hear our prayer” accept they incite Obama and use different wording. They cry out for the prophet jeremiah and it is set up like an unorganized catholic mass-like. The lady leading is wearing priestly garb, she is obviously a priestess with some people like other priests beside her.
The first five are also known as the Penteteuch.
At any rate, my comment was more to the point that Exodus is part of the Christian Bible as well, not just the Hebrew scriptures. In fact, I think the Jews would be offended at having their scriptures called a Bible.
(Please don’t think I am Jew bashing = my Saviour is a Jew, just wanted to bring out the distinction)

Tell that to Al Sharpton and Newt Gingrich, who are going around to schools today, in support of Obama’s new “Education Reform”....
