Even if he was born in Hawaii he would not qualify under natural law. Over 100 years of legal precedent since the 13th and 14th have effectively conferred citizenship on ANYONE born in our borders (ie birthright citizenship). Why do you think that even the children of illegals born here have citizenship, as they have for several decades?
Whatever you think about "original intent" is irrelevant in the face of existing legal opinion.

Birthright citizenship is NOT coextensive with Natural Born Citizenship.

Why do you Obots continue to try to confuse the issue? There is no civil right to be president. Natural Born Citizen is a unique requirement to be president. A citizen that became a citizen by the action of law is NOT a natural born citizen. Period!

That's true, but not natural born citizenship. Natural born citizenship requires more than being born in the country. The parents must be citizens as well. Under some circumstances birth in the country isn't even required. But in general it is.
