The Mayor, on TV news, thanked the Governor for NOT utilizing the facility since this new deal will gain the town 3 times their previous asking price. They will be able to pay off the bonds (almost/ or in default?) will also be expanding the facility and providing more jobs.
I, as you/all will of course be watching what the intended purpose of the new lessors will be.
